JSM Living is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents currently seeking a full-time Senior Leasing Consultant to join our Leasing team. We are looking for a candidate who is driven by sales goals, comfortable working amongst a team, and has experience providing exceptional customer service.
The Senior Leasing Consultant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily residential leasing functions. This position requires a customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and visitors
• Execute daily leasing activities such as responding to leads, conducting property tours, following up with prospects, and generating lease paperwork
• Manage parking lease activities, including record-keeping, providing availability information, and generating parking lease paperwork
• Coordinate key, fob, and garage remote management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and coordination with relevant teams.
• Train new residential staff on operating procedures to ensure a seamless onboarding process
• Assist in supervising part-time staff by providing mentorship, delegating tasks, and leading by example
• Prepare marketing materials and assist in resident event planning and execution
• Work closely with other departments to support company and leasing goals
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create social media and marketing content

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant office administration, property management, customer service and/or sales experience
• A valid driver's license is required
• This position works periodic Saturday shifts to support our business needs. Saturday availability is a requirement.
• Strong project management and customer service skills
• Experience with property management software systems is a plus
