Pay Rate: $15.00 hr. plus shift premiums & 4-hour attendance incentive if all scheduled shifts including overtime are worked.

Our Jackson, Michigan location is in need of Production Operators to receive molded parts off of the molding machine, unload, inspect, trim parts, and assemble products and packaging for shipment.

JSP is seeking additional team members to support company growth related to the production of automotive, HVAC, packaging, sports and a variety of consumer goods markets. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Inspect and handle parts being molded off a minimum of two presses.
• Supply production line with supplies i.e., packaging, bags and other required items.
• Removes product from the production line to “In-Process” area to wait for determination.
• Moves product from “In-Process” to be wrapped, as needed, and move product to the “Approved Product” area or racking system per layout.
• Place and remove product from drying room.
• Responsible for documenting production related activities on production reports.
• Assist or supports other team members as needed.
• Communicates all pertinent information relating to production during shift to the supervisor and other team members.
• Identify product that can be removed from the drying room.
• Provide coverage for breaks and lunches, as needed.
• Performs responsibilities in compliance quality policies and procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Accurately completes all necessary daily production paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
