JSW Media Inc. is a leading online retailer with a focus on Amazon.com. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an ECommerce Operations Associate!

This position is responsible for managing various aspects of our jewelry operations, including receiving inbound shipments, preparing and packing outbound shipments, and keeping track of inventory.

Our office is located at 3 Creamery Brook, East Granby, CT 06026.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Two or four year college degree
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Proficient written, technical, and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Seller Central is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize inventory
• Prepare and pack outbound shipments to meet Amazon FBA standards
• Build shipments
• Place purchase orders via email and vendor websites
• Organize and store extra inventory
• Measure and inspect items from vendors to ensure accuracy
• Report damages and shortages of received inventory
• Update various spreadsheets
• Any additional projects as assigned
