JT Custom Builders is Hiring a Project Manager Near Mount Airy, MD

Residential Construction Project Management is an incredible field where you have the ability to build someone's dream while executing decision making, problem solving, and logic (all at a high level), and see a tangible result for your efforts.

This industry is not for the faint of heart. If you know, you know.

Deadlines, quality, and cost/schedule control will weigh on you as you navigate through unique details of each project all while keeping a smile on your face, a level head, and trying to enjoy each and every day.

When you work for a small builder, you have an impact - immediately. We also don't have the "red tape" that accompanies the larger companies. When we come across inefficiencies or broken processes, we fix them.

However, working for a small builder is NOT for everyone.

If you require a perfectly smooth day, where you work and then you can go home in the afternoon knowing that the day's work is complete and you get to have another perfect day tomorrow… our company (and probably this industry) will NOT be the best fit for you and that's no problem - we wish you success wherever you choose to work. But if you are committed, passionate about home building and residential construction, and have a desire to constantly improve yourself, those around you, and the overall operation that you are a part of, we would LOVE to hear from you.

So now, if you've read this far:

Do you have a passion for leading, managing, and running residential construction projects? Do you want full ownership of each project you manage?

Are you ready for a position that requires YOU to be accountable as you support our growing Homebuilding operation?

If this is you, then now is a great time to join our team at JT Custom Builders.

When you work here, you’ll receive competitive pay, paid time off, bonus opportunities, employee discounts, and company vehicle potential, and more.

We’re a small company, so you will make an immediate impact. We listen to each other, so your ideas will not go unheard.

Thank you for reading this far. We receive a lot of applications, so here is what we need you to do:

- read the job description below

- then: click apply right through indeed - PLEASE SUBMIT A RESUME IF YOU WISH TO BE CONSIDERED.

- then: send us an email at info @ jtcustombuilders.com and simply tell us why you’re interested in working for our company and your favorite season of the year.
