Job Title: RPA Architect
Location: Louisville, KY
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced RPA Architect/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation implementation using UiPath and Power Automate, and a strong background in working directly with customers. This role requires solutioning skills, tools assessment experience, and the ability to understand and recommend tools for customer application systems. A solid understanding of ROI and experience in environment setup are preferred. Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
Responsibilities:

• Implement automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Work directly at customer locations to understand their systems and recommend appropriate tools.
• Assess and select tools for automation projects.
• Understand and recommend tools for customer application systems.
• Analyze and understand ROI for automation projects.
• Utilize programming skills in .Net, Java, or Python as needed.
• Set up and configure environments for automation projects.
• Leverage experience in the healthcare domain to enhance automation solutions.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in RPA development.
• Proficiency with RPA tools such as UiPath and Power Automate.
• Experience with remote system automation.
• Strong design and solutioning skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.
• Programming skills in .Net, Java, or Python are a plus.
• Experience in environment setup is preferred.
