Role: As a Data Management Consultant, you'll consult on complex initiatives with broad impact, focusing on large-scale planning for Data Management. You'll review and analyze multi-faceted, longer-term challenges, evaluating multiple factors including intangibles and unprecedented situations. Your expertise will contribute to resolving complex issues, ensuring compliance, and meeting deliverables. Collaborating strategically with client personnel, you'll drive effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Consult on complex initiatives related to Data Management.
- Review and analyze large-scale, long-term challenges.
- Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles and unprecedented situations.
- Contribute to resolving complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with function-specific policies and procedures.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel.
- 5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management.
- Strong Data Analysis skills, including hands-on experience with data profiling, data mapping, data quality, and data lineage.
- Proficiency in SQL (freeform writing and reading) and understanding of business requirements.
- Familiarity with Wholesale/Commercial Lending products and systems (e.g., AFS, LOANIQ).
- Accountability and ownership mindset, having served as a BA, TA, DA, tester, and PM.
- Experience with Oracle FSDF/OFSAA model and JIRA.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of credit processes.
