This role is expected to provide project support with tasks such as:
- Provides general and technical research support to projects.
- Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported.
- Knowledge with standard Microsoft Office products or Google apps
- Proficient in task coordination
- Familiarity with project management methodology and practices.
- Excellent oral, written, and electronic communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects led by different staff members.
- Provide meeting and conference support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Provides executive administrative support to the management team.
This role requires following qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years' experience
- Project Management Certification (such as: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified associate in project management (CAPM), PRINCE2 7 Foundation & Practitioner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Agile Project Management (Agile), PRINCE2 7 Agile Foundation/Agile Practitioner, Certified Project Manager (IAPM), associate in project management (APM), Master Project Manager (MPM), Professional in Project Management (PPM).
