Job Title: Senior Revenue Accountant

Fully onsite in Jacksonville, FL

Job Summary: We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Revenue Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reviewing contracts of varying complexity and ensuring accurate revenue allocation.

Responsibilities: As a Senior Revenue Accountant, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting detailed reviews and analyses of Master Agreements and Contracts to ensure accurate revenue recording and compliance with company policies.
2. Engaging in discussions with Sales, Segment/Product Leaders, Relationship Managers/Specialists, and HQ departments regarding contract terms, pricing, and variances. Your insights will contribute to mutually beneficial solutions for both customers and our organization.
3. Analyzing product data to validate revenue recognition appropriateness.
4. Participating in projects from inception to completion, providing actionable financial insights that drive results. You’ll assess issues, offer perspectives, and make recommendations.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in financial roles.
• Education: A degree in Finance or Accounting is required; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Expertise: Familiarity with revenue compliance
• Contract Review: Extensive experience in reviewing multi-element and complex Contracts and Master Agreements.
• Business Acumen: In-depth knowledge of business operations, including collaboration with Sales, Product, and Legal teams.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Process Orientation: A keen eye for process efficiency and proficiency in using personal computers.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excel: Advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
