Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Technology Project Manager
The Senior Scrum Master/Technology Project Manager role at the Marketing Enablement Technology group in Owing Mills, MD, involves overseeing multiple agile development teams. The group focuses on the strategic planning, enhancement, and governance of the Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign platform, and various digital web properties and enterprise content delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
• Lead and manage complex technology projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications.
• Handle project reporting, planning, issue/risk tracking, scope management, estimation, and client relationship management.
2. Team Leadership:
• Define roles and responsibilities of the project team.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate business subject matter experts and engineers for proper resource alignment.
3. Financial Management:
• Develop budgets and statements of work for complex projects.
• Monitor project financials and update plans with accurate, timely information.
• Follow financial standards and processes, including procurement and external payments.
4. Strategic Planning:
• Formulate operational strategies at the program level.
• Build and maintain a wide, active network across the enterprise.
• Actively contribute to the Technology Project Management community of practice.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge and expertise in planning and managing highly complex technology projects.
• Experience in agile practices and the scrum framework.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical skills to break down complex problems and identify process improvements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe products.
• Knowledge of how Adobe products work together in the ecosystem.
• Experience working on digital projects within financial services organizations.
