Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations of critical systems.
• Provide application support, focusing on incident and problem management.
• Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual toil.
• Set up alerts and monitor system performance using tools such as ITRS, AppDynamics, SPLUNK, and Grafana.
• Work closely with client personnel to meet deliverables and compliance requirements.
• Participate in moderately complex initiatives related to Systems Operations Engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AKS).
• Experience with alerting and monitoring tools (ITRS, SPLUNK, App Dynamics).
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (Autosys).
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Exposure to databases (Oracle, SQL Server, SQLMI).
• Previous work or consulting experience, military service, or relevant education.

Preferred Skills:

• Vendor platform experience (Actimize, FIRCOSOFT).
• Ability to analyze complex engineering challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
