Job Title: Document Management Specialist
Location: Batesville, IN
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing company documents. Assist company's ability to adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information and retrieve data more effectively.
Responsibilities:
Store, manage and track company documents.
Scan, image, organize and maintain documents.
Control the retrieval of documents.
Receive and process Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
Search electronic sources, such as databases or repositories, or manual sources for information.
Consult with end users regarding problems in accessing electronic content.
Scanning or other automated data entry procedures, using imaging devices and document imaging software.
Identify and classify documents or other electronic content according to form type or other characteristics
Skills:
Ability to work independently or with a team
Excellent attendance
Ability to pivot between multiple priorities
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
