In this ales & Training Executive role, you'll wear two hats: sales leader and brand educator. You'll partner with retail partners across New Jersey and New York, strategically driving sales and cultivating strong relationships. You'll also act as a brand ambassador, providing training and coaching to retail partners and their teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to promote JUICE BEAUTY products to their customers.

Here's what you'll do:

• Become a Sales Strategist: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve ambitious goals within each retailer.
• Build Flourishing Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering collaboration and achieving stellar sales results.
• Cultivate Retail Experts: Train and coach retail partners and their teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to excel.
• Embrace Financial Accountability: Manage your budget responsibly, including travel & expense and freelance spend, to maximize profitability.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Analyze retail trends to optimize resource allocation and sales strategies.
• Be the JUICE BEAUTY Champion: Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, building a positive reputation in-store and virtually.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales or 5 years in account coordination (or equivalent).
• Thrives in building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborates effectively and fosters positive business partnerships.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to achieve results.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Has a valid driver's license and access to a car.
