Juice Generation is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near New York, NY

Juice Generation seeks an enthusiastic and quick-thinking Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will support our Customer Service and Human Resources teams. The ideal candidate is a friendly, self-motivated person with good judgment who can collaborate and contribute to a fast-paced environment. Note that this is a full-time in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Maintains and resolves client issues and inquiries through email and phone. This includes Juice Generation customer service and 3rd party review platforms.
  • Human Resources: Supports the HR team with administrative tasks such as reference checks and employee daily check-ins.
  • Office Support: Maintains office inventory for supplies and beverages by placing orders and restocking. Helps organize office events and lunches.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational/administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Speaking Spanish is a Plus!
