Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back-of-House/Service Support Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving inventory, maintaining a clean and organized shop, assisting with cleaning during service hours, and supporting food preparation. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue and maintaining our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize inventory deliveries, ensuring all items are accounted for and stored properly
• Keep the back-of-house area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Assist with general cleaning tasks during service hours, including sanitizing surfaces, washing dishes, and taking out trash
• Support food preparation tasks, such as chopping fruits and vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling menu items as needed
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and notifying management of low stock levels
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless operation
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a back-of-house or support role in a food service environment is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
