Job Description: Are you a charismatic, bubbly, and sales-focused individual who loves the beach? JUICED is looking for energetic team members to wander the beach, take orders along the sand, and create memorable experiences for our customers. This role involves engaging with beachgoers, promoting our delicious smoothies, acai bowls, and fresh juices, and delivering outstanding customer service. If you’re enthusiastic, sales-driven, and love working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Walk along the beach, approaching and engaging with potential customers
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently using a handheld POS device
• Promote and sell our range of smoothies, acai bowls, and juices with enthusiasm
• Deliver orders promptly to customers on the beach
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for each guest
• Actively upsell products to maximize sales and revenue
• Generate excitement about our brand
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company standards
• Assist with setting up and closing down the juice bar as needed

Requirements:

• Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales ability with a focus on upselling and maximizing revenue
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service or promotional experience is a plus.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
