Julia Johnson State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive, career minded and experienced insurance sales representative. This candidate must have prior experience in sales or property and casualty insurance sales (or customer service) and have an active State of WA Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
This is a sales position where the selected candidate will have the direct responsibility to generate leads turning them into new long and lasting business relationships. As an Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products, your communication skills and your ability to identify customer's needs will put you on the path to success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, identify customer needs, schedule and hold sales presentation appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure all client's insurance and financial needs are met elevating the customer relationship with the Julia Johnson Agency Team and State Farm.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License - must already have
• Washington Life and Disability Insurance License - must be able to obtain
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative) marketing insurance or financial services is required.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a diverse group of people
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
