Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced dental front office admin to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. Your role will involve managing patient schedules, posting insurance payments, staying up to date on the accounts receivable, and insurance verification.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient privacy
- Experience with medical records management and scheduling in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
