For our warehouse in Pompano Beach, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative, who reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT...

• Providing best-in-class customer service on our products and services (including troubleshooting) via phone and e-mail to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
• Administering order entry, order flow, scheduling, shipping, and invoicing while maintaining the proper processing of change notices
• Advising customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other relevant information to complete the sale
• Checking, reporting, and taking measures in case of discrepancies with invoices and customer credit limits
• Solving moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Answering the main line for calls and emails related to the business.
• Processing credits and/or refunds for returned items from customers.
• Processing shipping orders.
• Support for other channels (Sales, Technical and Financial) in order to exceed company targets.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG...

• Associate’s degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of relevant customer service experience; ideally in the food & beverage industry or hospitality industry
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationship with customers and staff
• Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Professional knowledge in using MS Office
• Basic knowledge in using SAP and QuickBooks
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
