Summary: The Merchandiser/Route Driver is responsible for delivering coffee, tea, chocolate, and other goods to customers in the hospitality industry. This role requires communication skills, professional appearance, good driving record, punctuality, and integrity. Responsible to load products in the morning, arrive at the right address and delivering products on time. Help manage the flow of products and stock at warehouse.

• Loading, transporting, and delivering coffee to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading the goods, unloading goods from vehicles.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Visiting all customers on the assigned route and making sure that customers are served with their requests.
• Makes sure, that there are enough stocks on the VAN for the customers and spontaneous orders can be delivered on spot.
• Proactively helping with customers on site/on phone, answering questions about products, marketing items, equipment.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Responsible for the preservation and storage, maintenance, and constant checking of products.
• The daily preparation of products for replenishment of the stock.
• Performing inventory count while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
• Ensuring the prompt entry, picking, packing, and distribution of all orders.
• Identifying current and potential product shortages.
• Identifying and implementing process changes as required to ensure more efficient operations of the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
