JumpCrew is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Nashville, TN

Role Overview:

JumpCrew is seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will act as a "People Manager" and lead the team. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, with experience in utilizing CRM systems, direct messaging, emailing, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting their team in selling digital advertising, managing their book of business to retain revenue, and generating new revenue from SMBs across the US and Canada.They will be reporting to the Sales Director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate team
  • Work with Sales Director to establish sales objectives
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports to the sales director on sales performance and progress towards goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading sales teams including SDR’s and AE’s
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Adaptability and ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Nashville, TN, Hybrid schedule, Mon & Fri WFH, Tues-Thurs in office
  • Open to a Remote schedule for an exceptional candidate
  • Unlimited PTO plan
  • 9 company holidays with a flex holiday
  • Base Salary: $75,000 bonus = total earning potential $105,000-$125,000
