Who You Are: 

Do you like to push software systems to find their limits? Do you like to work collaboratively with Software Engineers and Support representatives? Are you passionate about product quality and ensuring that your work and the products you’re working with have your stamp of approval? If so, you’re in luck; we are looking for you to join our team as the Manager of Quality Assurance. This person will direct the work of the team in manual testing and in automated testing in Selenium/C# to continue to further our automated testing environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Experience managing a QA or software development team
• 3-5 years of QA experience, particularly around manual application testing
• 1-3 years of experience in automated testing, preferably with large, distributed applications
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a cross-functional team of QA professionals
• Maintain high expectations and quality standards for your team
• Work with upper management on the direction of the QA team and its work
• Further our automated test software (using Selenium) to ensure the quality of product function, performance and scale
• Assist in making strategic decisions about processes, tools and platforms required for QA process

• Experience with Selenium and C#
• SQL and NoSQL knowledge
• Experience validating applications utilizing AWS services
• Experience automating continuous delivery
