This position is part of the Eval Team at the June E Nylen Cancer Center. You will verify patient information by interviewing the patient, recording medical history, and confirming purpose of visit. You will also prepare the patient for their exam by performing preliminary physical tests such as taking blood pressure, weight, and temp, and reviewing patient history. There are administrative and clinical tasks to complete along with cleaning and stocking exam rooms. Position requires someone who has completed a medical assistant program and externship or an LPN. Applicant must have great interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently. The clinic is not open nights or weekends. You can work five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days.
