Full-time: 8:30 – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Location: Coconut Creek, FL 33066
Pay rate: $45k - 50k Annual Salary, based on skills and experience.

Summary:
The Workforce Development Specialist will assist in facilitating the Junior Achievement’s workforce programs for high school students. This position supports and manages multiple high school programs and events each year supporting youth to be successful in their career path. This is a salaried position and requires a flexible work schedule. The position may require early mornings and/or evenings and occasional weekends. This position requires very strong organizational skills.
You must be passionate about JA’s mission and inspiring our students to reach their full potential. As Manager you must build strong relationships with school administrators and guidance counselors, students, business leaders and volunteers, while also leading groups of high school students' monthly during the school year. This position reports to the Director of Workforce Development
