Juniper Networks is seeking a motivated, detail oriented, and quantitative individual to join the Chief Operating Office (COO) as a Sr. Manager Technical Program/Project Manager for Security Products. We are looking for a person who thrives in a multi-project, fast paced and fun environment. This position will report to the Senior Director of Program Management, and work closely with them to drive security product portfolio that deliver value to Juniper. You will be required to work with Product managers, Engineering managers, cross-functional product teams, and other leaders across the company to ensure the successful execution and implementation of the security portfolio. The ideal candidate will have good understanding of end to end Product Lifecycle (PLC) with technical experience, extensive technical program management experience, knowledge of best practices and tools across the PLC, and proficiency in waterfall and Agile methodologies.
This position requires the ability to work with many cross-functional stakeholders and juggle multiple programs and projects at a time, and provide leadership to the team to successfully deliver on security product portfolio. The ability to manage projects from concept to execution is critical to your success. Our projects in the NPI PGM team are global, enterprise-wide, and cross-functional in nature. You must be able to operate in an environment where you build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders across the company.

Minimum Salary: $179,200.00
Maximum Salary:$257,600.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $179,200.00 and $257,600.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
