We are looking for an experienced associate to join our dynamic dream team of healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality care making critical decisions and leading to clinical issues within a person-centered care model.

We have multiple locations in the Reno-Tahoe area and are experiencing tremendous growth. We are seeking a General Dentist that would like to become an Owner Dentist to join and help lead one of locations. We are proud to provide patients with the highest quality dental care and want a Dentist who can assist us in promoting healthy teeth and good oral habits from early childhood through adulthood. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to collaborate with dentists and medical professionals in helping patients attain better oral health, a more satisfying appearance, and teeth that will last a lifetime.

Objectives of this role

· Serve as a preventive care specialist and provide educational and clinical services supporting overall health through optimal oral care

· Perform a variety of general dentistry procedures to diagnose, prevent, and treat conditions and to help patients maintain oral health

· Provide inspiring leadership to assistants, technicians, and administrators by establishing a culture of teamwork, quality, support, and trust

· Evaluate needs by determining changes and trends in dental disease, treatment, and technology

Required skills and Qualifications

· Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university

· Board certification

· Regional licensure

· Ability to lead a staff and put patients at ease

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Two to five years of general dentistry experience
