Juno Search Partners is Hiring a HR Administrator Near Malvern, PA

Our client is seeking an HR Administrator on a temp-to-perm basis to join their. Reporting to the Director of HR Shared Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HRIS and ATS system integration efforts. This position will primarily focus on relieving manual and data entry tasks to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy within our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and processing tasks related to new hires, ensuring all information is accurately entered into the HR systems (UKG and iCims).
  • Process internal change orders such as employee transfers, promotions, and changes in pay rates, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the HRIS team to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data throughout all processes.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or related roles is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems; experience with UKG and iCims is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to ask pertinent questions and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required.
