Our client, a pharmaceutical services organization, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join their team in Woburn, MA. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our Human Resources activities, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Drive HR program success by providing consultative support and coaching to business colleagues in various HR areas, with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
* Collaborate with business and HR teams to strategically execute key initiatives such as recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and employee development, enhancing organizational structure and performance.
* Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with HR programs and policies, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, compensation, benefits, and records management, while continuously striving for process efficiency.
* Promote the value of HR programs by effectively communicating their business impact and facilitating smooth implementation to minimize disruption.
* Work alongside business leaders and HR teams to enhance employee engagement, address employee relations issues, and foster a positive organizational culture.
* Support employee training and development efforts, contributing to continuous learning and growth within the organization.
* Stay updated on HR-related training and industry best practices to enhance expertise and contribute to HR excellence.
* Fulfill any other assigned duties to contribute to overall organizational success.
Qualifications:
* 3 years of well-rounded HR Generalist experience.
* Experience in a life sciences organization preferred.
* Experience with HR technology and use of HR Information Systems (HRIS).
* Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
* Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
* Ability to manage projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision.
* Ability to identify and navigate issues/problems that are difficult and sometimes complex.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
