Education

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience / Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant licensure in the state of Florida,
• American Heart Association BLS for Heath Care Providers.

Position Summary

• The Unit Secretary/ Certified Nursing Assistant is a member of the nursing team who contributes to the comfort and wellbeing of the patients and works under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Performs specifically assigned patient care tasks.
• Performs clerical duties such as answering the patient call lights and phone and entering physician orders into the computer.
• Performs other duties as assigned
