**Salary:** Starting at $16 per hour, with potential increase to $18 per hour after training
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative specializing in Google Ads suspension appeals. This position offers a starting salary of $16 per hour, which can increase to $18 per hour after successful completion of training. Performance reviews will be conducted every 3 months to evaluate progress and provide opportunities for further salary adjustments.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle Google Ads suspension appeals from start to resolution.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the reasons behind ad suspensions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on appeal statuses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed records of appeals and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
**Requirements:**
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
