Just 4 Us Childcare is an award-winning St. Charles County employer, and we are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, creative, organized, personable, and fun individual to fill the role of Director. We have two opportunities available - one position will run a single center, and the other will serve as a floating director between 4 locations.
In this leadership role, you will manage the overall business operations of the assigned center. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, developing and implementing curriculum, and ensure that the center is meeting all state licensing requirements. We need someone who truly understands the importance of education in children's lives—and will cultivate trusting, caring relationships with children, families, and teachers. We are seeking candidates who have exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Requirements include progressively responsible, hands-on teaching experience with experience as a Director, Assistant Director or Manager of a daycare or preschool strongly preferred. Advanced education/coursework in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or related field is necessary. Must be CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain shortly after hire. Must have or be willing to obtain a Class E (chauffeurs) driver’s license in order to operate buses and vans for transporting children if necessary. Must be flexible and have good problem solving skills. Strong, friendly personality is a must. Ability to be self-directed is necessary. Must have strong computer skills to include Word, Publisher, Excel, and Quick Books, and have the ability to learn new software quickly. Must have exceptional ability to get along with others and provide supervision to staff.
We are currently offering a $1000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment for this role.
