Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the storage facility
- Maintain an organized and efficient stock inventory system
- Monitor market trends and adjust storage rates accordingly
- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, invoicing, and customer inquiries
- Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their storage needs
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and paperwork
- Knowledge of stock management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze market trends and make pricing adjustments
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record-keeping and invoicing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations and financial transactions
Note: Prior experience in a similar role or the storage industry is preferred but optional. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
