Just Construction Recruitment is Hiring an Electrical Project Manager Near Greensboro, NC

This is an opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of electrical projects from initial concept to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the electrical scope of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction planning to commissioning and handover.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Oversee electrical subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety regulations.
  • Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and submittals.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress updates to all stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for project optimization and cost savings.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the project team.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management for commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
