We're seeking a seasoned Multi-Family Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction for our exciting new development – a vibrant, 270-unit multi-family project. In this leadership role, you'll leverage your expertise to guide the project from conception to completion, ensuring it meets budget, schedule, and quality standards.
About the Role
- Lead the Charge: Develop and manage the project budget, schedule, and resources, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Quality Control Champion: Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest quality standards.
