Just For Kix is looking for a Youth Dance Program Director to help manage an existing dance program in Albert Lea, Minnesota! As a leader in dance instruction, Just For Kix engages over 30,000 youth at more than 200 locations nationwide. We take pride in enriching children’s lives and the lives of those who teach them. We do this by offering quality classes, events, products, services, and opportunities to our clients and fulfilling careers to our Directors.

Just For Kix offers a unique opportunity for those with a passion for dance who wish to share their interest with youth in their communities. Just for Kix provides our directors with the choreography, resources, support, and training to lead successful classes. We also provide administrative support such as accounting, marketing design/assistance, websites, and resource templates which allow our directors to spend more time in the studio with dancers and less time focusing on the administrative duties that often bog studio owners down.

Applicants should have a strong dance background and experience working with children. Experience in management and customer service experience.

Hours are flexible - teaching time generally starts out as 1 to 2 evenings a week but can increase as the program grows. Our classes typically run from September-May with summer programs also available. Program managerial duties can be performed on a flexible schedule and are done online.
