Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program management plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of program activities
- Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to established timelines and milestones
- Conduct regular program status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide guidance and support team members
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Experience:

-Must have experience in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Proven experience in program management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, earned value management, and quality management principles
- Experience supervising teams and managing resources effectively
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent project engineering skills with the ability to drive projects to completion
- Strong technical writing skills for creating reports, proposals, and documentation
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Kanban and continuous improvement practices like Kaizen
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels
