Synergy Recruiting has opportunities for recruiting professionals to join our team as we continue to grow our Bensenville, and South Elgin offices.

This fast-paced, full-desk recruiting position includes identifying top talent, creating a talent pool and working with business leaders and hiring managers as you manage the hiring process (including the interview process, negotiations and offers).

Potential candidates should have strong leadership skills, be creative thinkers, like a good challenge, expect bottom line results, have strong attention to detail and big picture potential.

Only those with a strong track record for closing deals should express interest.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Post job openings on various platforms and social media.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and suitability.
• Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Must be able to travel between offices on a weekly basis (Bensenville, IL to South Elgin, IL)

Requirements :

• Ideal candidate will be technically knowledgeable with a minimum of 2 years in light industrial or manufacturing sales in the staffing industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Valid driver's license
