We are currently seeking an experienced licensed insurance producer (licensed 2-20 General Lines Insurance Agent or 2044 Personal Lines Agent) to join the agency's Homeowners Department.

A Signing Bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Market, quote and bind personal lines policies
• Renew existing policies
• Process new business
• Provide servicing for existing clients
• Review production weekly with ownership
• Cross-sell / Round-out accounts
• Meet with carrier / broker representatives
• Meet with clients and agents as needed
• Assist agents with questions regarding risks and markets
• Train personnel as necessary
• Experience with Citizens is required
• Professional and enthusiastic attitude expected
• Preferably bilingual : English and Spanish
