I am looking for a Director who can help me lay the foundations for a high quality learning center with a great reputation.
Full time or part time position. Hours range from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

The Director will be responsible for:
- Managing daily operations
- Providing leadership
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Communicating with Parents
- Enrolling new students
- Maintaining a clean facility
- Scheduling, supervising and training of Staff
- Ensure the Staff are following schedules and implementing curriculum
- Following all licensing standards
- Managing account balances, CACFP food program and CCS.
- Familiarity with Procare, email and social media
- Communicating with supportive Owners.
- Consistent work schedules with minimum or no weekend work
- Great job satisfaction
- Supportive Owners who won't micro manage you
- Freedom to run the day to day operations
- Membership to the Child Care Success Academy
- Strong leadership
- Must excel at selling our services to prospective customers
- Must have current Director's License
- Minimum of 3 experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Minimum of 1 in a management position
- Complete required Director training(s)
- Must possess strong communication skills
- The ability to evaluate and resolve conflict
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Energetic and Flexible
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Must pass a criminal background check
