- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company, products, and services to address customer inquiries accurately and independently whenever possible.
- Communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner, ensuring customers feel valued and understood.
- Take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate individuals, ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Proactively contact customers to schedule maintenance appointments.
- Promote and sell service agreements, as well as renew existing agreements.
- Immediately escalate significant customer issues to managers for swift resolution.
- Advocate for our customers within the company, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
