Justin Skarie Agency - COUNTRY Financial is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Detroit, MN

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service through phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment. Insurance experience preferred but not required. Hourly wage depends on experience and we also offer team-based performance bonuses.

Duties

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize strong communication skills to listen to customer concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet and exceed customer service standards
- Utilize computerized systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and adhere to call center protocols

Experience

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with client services and customer support principles
- Experience with computerized systems and technology
- Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
