Plant your roots at Just Pots! We are currently hiring a Wholesale Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, close, and manage new wholesale business opportunities. The primary industries targeted will include, but are not limited to, Nursery, Landscaping, Outdoor Retail, Interior Design, Exterior Design, and Horticulture.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business and maintain existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Just Pots' products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
• Draw on industry trends and professional networks to identify opportunities to drive business
• Develop and execute strategic business plans/sales; manage relationships and maintain business pipeline
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Extensive travel will be required
• Regulary lift and/or move items up to 55 pounds
• Assist onsite as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years' industry related sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
• Strong busines acumen
