Training Overview

• Training Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Tuition cost is free for all accepted participants.
• Includes 21 hours of acute care clinicals, 14 hours of Phlebotomy clinicals, CPR & First Aide Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Starting pay: $17.83/hour, plus shift differentials

Eligibility

• HS Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalency
• Interested in starting a full-time job after completing full-time training program
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including rotating weekends
• COVID-19 vaccinated (including boosters) & updated Flu vaccine
• No heavy lifting restrictions
• MBTA accessible to travel to various locations to complete training and clinicals
• Able to complete successful CORI and drug screening required for job placement
