Description:

• Review requisitions and supporting documents to ensure compliance with approval requirements and standards.
• Create and adjust Purchase Orders (POs) according to regulations and company policies.
• Assist business owners with purchasing functions and inquiries.
• Perform electronic filing of purchasing documents.
• Manage and store vendor-related documents.
• Requirements: Associate’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Purchasing or Administrative roles; proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat with excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
