We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated medical team. The ideal candidate will have a background in holistic health and integrative therapies, with a passion for delivering patient-centered care. As a Nurse Practitioner at JW Holland Wellness, you will collaborate with other healthcare providers to offer comprehensive wellness services, including hormone optimization, weight management, and general health assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while monitoring and evaluating patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide hormone optimization therapies and other integrative treatments.
• Educate patients on wellness strategies, including diet, exercise, and stress management.
• Work closely with physicians, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Provide follow-up care and support to patients, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

License/Certification:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Oklahoma (Required)
• Cert from a recognized NP certifying body (AANP, ANCC, etc) (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Tulsa, OK 74114: Relocate before starting work (Required)
