- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Ability to speak and read English fluently
- Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs and move objects
- Experience as a Head Chef or in a leadership role
- Culinary degree or certification
- Experience in food production and preparation in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menus
- Ensure that food is of high quality and meets our guests' expectations
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create menus and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
