About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Master Cook to join our team at a prestigious hotel located in the heart of the city. As a Master Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all food items in the hotel's kitchen. Your main objective will be to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation, while adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and other members of the culinary team to create innovative menus and develop new recipes that will delight our guests. Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a Master Cook or similar role
In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Familiarity with industry best practices for food safety and sanitation
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree or equivalent certification
Experience working in a high-end hotel or restaurant
Experience creating and implementing new menus and recipes
Experience managing a team of kitchen staff
Passion for food and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends
Responsibilities
