Position Purpose:
The Case Manager for the Women's' Residential Treatment Program in South Los Angeles, plays a vital role in providing comprehensive care coordination to minority and low-income individuals, including pregnant and postpartum women, as well as their children. This role is responsible for upholding a high standard of care in alignment with the Substance Abuse and Prevention Control (SAPC) and Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) program guidelines, all while embracing the JWCH mission to enhance the health and well-being of underserved segments of the Los Angeles County population.
