Job Details DescriptionThe Regional Service Manager directs, coordinates and supervises the Service Departments. Additional responsibilities include: marketing of the service departments, growing the business to obtain more customers, and resolving customer problems, complaints, and questions. Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pay: $70,000 - $95,000/yr (depending on experience) Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Process Management:
Meet with customers to resolve and assist in resolving their questions regarding service.
Achieve budgeted goals for sales volume, gross margin, efficiency and proficiency, and department profitability.
Individualize market development strategies with a focus to maximize profitability and customer penetration.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Oversee labor warranty processes and procedures.
Partner with Human Resources to recruit qualified technicians, select, hire, and provide training of new Associates.
Appraise Associate performance and make recommendations for status and/or salary adjustments.
Perform additional special projects as needed.
Personnel Management:
Work with Human Resources to select, hire, train, and develop employees.
Provide training and guidance for various Service Department functions, as necessary.
Supervise and mentor all employees and ensure all duties are completed.
Other duties as assigned.

Associate degree and 6 years of related experience or a Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of related experience preferred. Non-degreed candidates with 10 years of progressive experience in heavy-duty truck Service Management will be considered.
Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes, and priorities.
Progressive thinker who embraces new ideas and implements change.
Regular travel to multiple sites required; some overnight travel required
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft and Google apps. Must possess demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems.
Valid driver’s license required; CDL required, or ability to obtain.
Dependable and reliable attendance.
