Job Purpose:

As a Service Director, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional service experiences, ensuring our customers' needs are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will lead a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Honor Commitments:

  • Ensure Consistent Service Delivery:

    • Develop and implement service standards and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.

    • Monitor and evaluate service performance metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements.

  • Customer Issue Resolution:

    • Oversee the resolution of customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

    • Ensure the service team follows through on promises and commitments to customers.

    Create Positive Experiences:

    • Customer Satisfaction:

      • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

      • Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.

    • Team Engagement:

      • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric approach.

      • Recognize and reward team members for exceptional service and customer care.

      Foster Lifelong Learning:

      • Training and Development:

        • Implement ongoing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service team.

        • Encourage professional development and continuous learning within the team.

        • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.

        • Organize regular workshops and training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.

            Minimum Qualifications:

            Education and Experience:

            • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

            • Proven experience in a leadership role within a service-oriented organization.

            Skills and Competencies:

            • Strong leadership and team management skills.

            • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

            • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

            • Proficiency with CRM and service management software.

            • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
