JYL Transportation, Inc. The scheduler at JYL Transportation will be responsible for building routes for over 60 drivers. Our work includes monitored routes and being able to keep track of transportation needs for each clientele is a must. Communicate with clients regarding current and future routes providing exceptional customer service Build efficient and cost effective routes based on client requests and new contracts using appropriate software Manipulate schedules when coverage is needed Predict traffic volume in all areas of the state Assist dispatch when coverage is needed Complete bi-monthly billing tasks Maintain proper records for all employees and vehicles to ensure compliance Complete additional office tasks as needed Qualifications Have the ability to work in a face pace environment. Have experience working with google maps or equivalent as well as Mediroutes or a similar dispatch software. Have great communication and collaboration skills. Have exceptional customer service. Knowledge and experience of transportation operations is preferred This is an on-site (Fitchburg, MA-area), full time position. Schedule: Monday-Friday, shifts between 6am-6pm Pay rate: $25-$28/hour Opened in 2007, JYL Transportation started with just one vehicle and one driver.
